ALFREDO A.  RIOS MERCEDES

He was born in Trujillo;1974.He is an Official Tour guide with 15 years of experience.
He is a graduated from Instituto Superior Tecnológico Estatal “Trujillo” (1991-1993) who specialized at Universidad Nacional de Trujillo (1997).He has studied English at Instituto Cultural Peruano Norteaméricano and French at Alliance Française in Trujillo.

He currently works as a guide in the archaelogical city of Chan Chan,and also works for the most important travel agencies in northern Peru.He is a member of the Official Tour Guide Association in La Libertad (Asociación de Guías Oficiales de Turismo de La Libertad).

He has published the tourist guides: Trujillo,Tesoro del Perú (sixth edition in Spanish, 2008) and Trujillo in Mud and Color (Fith edition in English, 2009). He is finishing the book: Treasures of the North, Cultures and Archaeological Sites.
